Über die Autorinnen und Autoren: Paul Levay is an Information Specialist at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP).

Jenny Craven MA MCLIP is a Research Associate at the Centre for Research in Library and Information Management (CERLIM), at Manchester Metropolitan University.
