Loosely inserted is an ALs from John Randle (on Whittington Press letterhead, dated 26/6/12) to the bookseller John [Saumarez Smith], of Heywood Hill, mentioning this booklet and suggesting that the publisher 'would be more than happy to supply copies to whoever may be interested.'.
