This pamphlet is aimed at visitors to the ancient Mexican monument - (the final paragraph explains how to reach the village of Tenayuca by car). As such it covers the history of its construction, the significance, for example, of the belt of stone snakes, its orientation and 'discovery' by the Conquistadors before its re-discovery amidst dirt and weeds towards the end of the 19th century. The text is carefully and simply laid out - as for a guide with six b/w photographs (five of which are full-page). The front cover shows a ritual Offering Scene in colour, (Codex Nuttall). Both this and the back cover are mild to moderately tanned (images). Stapled spine (hint of rusting of staples).
