First published in 1938 the copy offered by us is of the Revised 2nd Edition of 1950. A review copy with publisher's review slip loosely laid in. Although most printing today is digitally composed the book still serves a use for design ideas for advertising material and for the lay out of titles for book binders as well of course for students of typography. VG/Good (Book- A few light foxing spots to end papers. No other defects. Dust Jacket- rubbed to extremities with loss - max 20 mm at head of spine with associated tear and other smaller tears of up to 15 mm.
