Some very minor rubbing to lower board edges; fine in like dustwrapper professionally protected by superior non-adhesive polypropylene film. Postage quoted is for a standard format octavo book. Final charges may vary depending on size and weight. An invaluable reference for any lover of Chinese art, culture or history. The book is unique in that it deals exclusively with the pottery products from a localized family of kilns in Hunan during the Tang dynasty (AD 618-907). It is rare in that as we study its history, few books have paid equivalent tribute to the 'lowly' civilian wares which so vitally supported the framework of a civilization.
