As every parent knows, the more fun children have while learning, the more they will learn! This is exactly why the best-selling Tiny Tot book series was created. It is an early-reading phonics program that will teach your child to read—while also giving your child (and you!) an immense amount of fun.

Learning the letter-to-sound relationships is KEY when learning to read. A child needs to recognize the different letter shapes and remember what sounds they “say”. Uniquely, the Tiny Tot books teach these abstract, difficult-to-understand concepts through memory-enhancing games and cartoon-like pictures. These books zero in on only the most necessary reading skills, presenting them in a way that ensures your child has fun and wants to learn more.

The Tiny Tot series is targeted at children aged three to eight. Primarily for kindergarten-aged children, it is also ideal for parents who want to teach a preschooler to read or help an older child who is struggling with reading.

The Tiny Tot books are:

1. SIMPLE – Instructions are easy to follow. No teaching experience is required.
2. FUN – Funny games trigger the release of brain hormones that act to maximize a child's learning.
3. SEQUENCED – Games are sequenced for consistent success, boosting a child’s self-confidence.
4. STRESS-FREE – Children and parents can proceed at their own individual pace.
5. MOTIVATING – Praise and rewards are built into instruction enhancing enthusiasm.
6. INNOVATIVE – Instruction is evidence-based so parents' time is used to the very best effect.

Learning to read will change your child’s life! Early reading skills affect not just your child’s later reading ability but also his IQ and future academic and career success.

Recent studies confirm that the direct teaching of the letter-to-sound code changes both the structure of a child’s brain and how it operates. This kind of phonics education builds the exact circuits in a child’s brain that are required for reading.

The Tiny Tot series teaches the letters and letter combinations for the 42 sounds heard in English.

Each book is packed with games to ensure your child becomes a reader. Funny stories and illustrations teach the letter-sound relationships, and a variety of games help your child remember them, and to blend and segment sounds in a word to read and spell with fluency and understanding. Each book includes amusingly illustrated game-type readers to entice practice and a personalized Reward Badge and a fun Colour Me activity.
