This Book is in Good Condition. Clean Copy With Light Amount of Wear. 100% Guaranteed. Summary: Bobbie Sumberg looks at the Collection of the Museum and uses the collection to discover more about the people who wore these textiles. This book is illustrated with excellent photographs. The accompanying text is interesting. As a textile artist I find this book fascinating since it includes a wealth of information. The textiles themselves come from all over the world including Burma, India, China, Peru, Mexico, Canada, Saudi Arabia, New Mexico and more. The textiles are a testament to the arts of these nations. I find the wearables the most fascinating but this book also contains bedding, decorative, home and church textiles too. Not only does this book generate interest in the Museum itself, it is of great interest to textile students and textile artists world-wide. Superb.
