Book has pages collected into a group and bound with a cover with a string. Cover is badly stained and there are pieces missing from the corners. No author, publisher, place or date listed, No title page, simply that it is from "Just a Mere House". An interesting collection of recipes, starting with cocktails and moving into starters and eventually to main courses and desserts. There are many traditional New England dishes.
