84pp. Octavo [24 cm] Dark red paper covered boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine. Very good. The spine ends and corners of the covers are very lightly bumped and rubbed. Subtle spine lean. There are large areas of discoloration and darkening on the endsheets. Tanned pages. With the original brown paper dust jacket, in very good condition. Darkened at the spine. There is minor chipping at the head of the spine and at the ends of the folds. The front panel has two very tiny stains. A biographical sketch; an account of the history and nature of The Thomas Moran Biographical Art Collection in the Pennypacker Long Island Collection, at the East Hampton Free Library, New York; and selected articles and illustrations relating to the life and work of Thomas Moran.
