First American edition copyright 2002. 205 pages. In very good condition. The binding is square and tight. The crown and foot of the spine are just a bit bumped, the corners are crisp. Covers are clean and free of rubbing. The DJ is clean and free of rubbing and fits snugly to the covers. This is an oversized (and overweight) book. Extra shipping may be required for international or priority shipping.
