Although these little dreary ranches are selling for millions, which at one time might have bought you most of Toluca Lake; even though according to the Schultz map TV is separated from TL only by Bing Crosby s place; it is not Toluca Lake. Catalog for this Valley housing development showing nine "moderately priced" built houses, and designed houses suitable for building on TV s vacant tracts. Sedgley s designs include one-story colonials, French provincial, streamline, etc. With views of "rumpus rooms," Grandma at work in the kitchen, floor plans, etc. Most of the houses pictured are extant.
