Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Robert Adams, MD, MBA, has lived the kind of life most people only read about. A former U.S. Navy SEAL, Adams spent 14 years in the Navy, 12 of them in the SEAL Teams, before serving 18 years in the U.S. Army.
