Printed by F. M. Lupton Publishing Company, Nos. 72-76 Walker Street, New York; no publication date noted. Fair quality book considering its age. 7-3/8" x 5-1/8", 184 numbered pages. The book is nearly square, with all the corners bumped and both front corners worn to the boards. The head and heel are both damaged and missing pieces (see photo) with most of the top 1/2" of the spine and the bottom 1/4" missing; there is also a tiny strip of the binding missing just below the author's name. Both boards are attached but are a bit loose; the front hinge is detached for about 1/3 of its length. After the FFEP, the next page that is in the book is the title page--it and the first page of text are detached and laid in. Paper is heavily toned, a bit stiff and somewhat brittle.
