Book condition: very good, very scarce two volume set, fourth American edition, covers common law jurisdiction, equity jurisdiction, statutory jurisdiction and specially delegated jurisdiction, bound in full leather which shows scuffing to all boards, spines feature red black blocks with title and volume number, each volume shows staining to pastedowns and endpapers that does not extend into the text, vol. I shows a few marks to the front endpapers along with pencil marks to page 127, light to moderate foxing throughout but very legible, bindings tight, 639 and 808 pages with index, 5.5 X 9.25 inches.
