�ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sarah Chaker ist Assistenzprofessorin am Institut f�r Musiksoziologie der mdw – Universit�t f�r Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien. Sie studierte Musik in den Massenmedien/Germanistik an der Carl von Ossietzky Universit�t Oldenburg. Ihre Forschungsinteressen umfassen das Feld der Stra�enmusik, popul�re Musiken (insb. Metal) und Musikvermittlung. 2023 wurde ihr der �sterreichische Staatspreis Ars Docendi f�r exzellente Lehre verliehen. Axel Petri-Preis lehrt und forscht an der Universit�t f�r Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien zu Musikvermittlung.
