Few small spots to boards with some light discolouration to the bottom third of the spine. Interior is quite clean with an occasional finger smudge. 1cn x 3cm spot to the bottom fore-edge of the last page and 2.5cm x 2.5 cm spot to the gutters at the bottom edge of pp.172 & 173.
