Inhaltsangabe: The cards in the Tarot of the Masters deck were inspired by classic paintings by old masters, such as El Greco, Rubens, and Toulouse-Lautrec. This book explains both the traditional meanings of the cards and the specific meanings layered onto them as a result of their artistic associations.

Über den Autor: James Ricklef is a Tarot reader, lecturer, and writer. He has been a frequent workshop presenter at Tarot conferences and symposia from Los Angeles to New York. His writing has been praised for being clear, insightful, and easy to read, and his book "Tarot Tells the Tale" (which has been revised and republished with the title "Tarot Reading Explained") was first runner up in the General Interest category for the 2004 Coalition of Visionary Resources (COVR) Awards. His deck, Tarot of the Masters, has been praised by no less a Tarot luminary than Rachel Pollack, and is available directly from him. For more information about his books or deck, see his blog: jamesricklef.wordpress.com
