Dorothy Yoder is a native Coloradan who lives in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. She is inspired by the grandeur of nature and spends her leisure time hiking local trails. Although she has lived in many states and abroad, and appreciates the diversity of each, she chooses Colorado as the setting for her fiction. Her first mystery, Redemption Ridge, is set in the small mountain town of Westcliffe and is a prequel to Undeserved Consequences.
