Large quarto (31 x 25 cm). Open strap-sewn stiff paper wrapper, Japanese paper endsheets, untrimmed. Printed in red and black. Fine. One of appRoximately fifty copies handprinted as a keepsake for a workshop in printing and graphic design taught by Dr. Paul Holbrook on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the King Library Press by Carolyn Reading Hammer. The original 1930 German text is printed in red with the English translation printed interlineally in black, the former handset by Suann Childer in Koch's Jessen Schrift font and the latter in Hammer's Samson Uncial.
