CHAPTER 1

Start of movie—Begin Victor Sin

INT—Old Fashioned Stone Walled Jail Cell) (01)music suggestion—"When Thee Angels Come" performed byKillah Priest

* Scene opens inside of a dank jail cell where we see the eveningmoisture running down the walls as if the walls are sweating.Outside we can hear it raining steadily while the soft sound ofthunder rumbling echoes in the background and the lightningflashes brilliantly through the droplets on the wall. Victor Sin (44)is a tall man and handsome, very well physically fit with a rugged,battle tested face is sound asleep and unaware of Ansen (37) ashort, skinny greasy looking man who at first sight is immediatelyuntrustworthy.

* Ansen is standing with his gun over the head of Victor's cot,pointing his piece right at Victor's head. We watch as the man withthe gun mutters something under his breath as he quietly cocks thehammer of his gun back ready for the kill; then a loud bang!

Victor (VO):

Night hit my chest like a heavyweight landing asolid gold shot, winning him the belt. I was awake now. No turningback. If it wasn't for the Walther P39 pointed dead at my nextthought. Maybe I could've dismissed that flash, that loud eruptionas a bad dream or a violent change in the atmospheric pressure.Looking up at the gunman, that "punch" I felt. Was my heart tryingto leave my body, I studied his face for a few, before he finallyspoke.

* Ansen is pointing the pistol at Victor's head

Ansen:I could have killed you tonight!

* Victor looks up at the gun and starts grinning

Victor (VO):

He had me on a platter.

Ansen:

I spared your life! Now you owe us! Go to the oldslaughter house on Ever Road. We have a job for you. If you getthere only speak the word, enigma. See you around. Maybe.

* Ansen laughs as he pistol whips Victor knocking him unconscious

—Fade to black. End Scene.

INT: Back room of a beauty salon (02)

* Scene opens in the cash office of a beauty salon where we watchas Ansen is seated in a chair in front of a large desk and appears tobe very jittery and nervous. Finally he stands up and walks overto a bar area where we see bottles of various brands of alcoholon display; he picks one of the bottles up and studies it beforeunscrewing the top and pouring himself a good size glass of a darkliquor.

* As he begins to pace the floor he drinks from the glass, wewatch as Erika (35) a beautiful, tall, slender Russian woman withlong, light blonde hair walks into the room escorted by two veryominous gentlemen wearing black, silk business suits

* Erika glances over at Ansen then looks away from him as shecontinues walking to her desk.

* As Erika settles into her chair the two large gentlemen split andflank her on each side of the desk where they stand with their armsfolded waiting for orders.

* Ansen sips from the glass and raises his eyebrows at the strengthof the liquor before walking over to the desk and sitting downagain into the chair in front of her desk, drinking from his glassand looking uneasily at Erika from over the top of his glass

Erika:

(Erika speaking English with a Russian accent) So?How did it go? Did you see him? Did you talk to him? Tell me youmade the offer.

Ansen takes a sip of liquor from out of his glass

Ansen:

It all went according to plan. Relax. (Ansen takesanother sip then looks at the liquid in the glass). Nice selection ofshine (Ansen jiggles the glass then clears his throat) He didn't evenrecognize me for Christ's sake.

Erika:

Don't flatter yourself. He'll come around eventually.

Ansen:

What if he does Erika? What then?

* Ansen reacts aggressively by pounding his fist down onto thetable and the bodyguards respond by beginning to advance towardAnsen but Erika waves them off and they sink back into thebackground

Erika:

Then. We address the problem and correct it; shouldthe time come. For now Ansen stay focused, for your sake. Makesure you deliver.

Ansen:

Don't worry about me.

* Ansen takes another sip of liquor while Erika studies his face

Ansen: (cont)

In fact (pauses as he finishes his glass of whiskey). Ialready have a plan in motion as we speak.

Erika:

Good. I trust you know the way out.

* Erika notices Ansen standing in front of her large mahoganydesk who appears to be waiting for something and gets instantlyannoyed at his presence.

Erika:

We, no longer, at the present time, have business together. Leave!

Ansen:

To hell with that! Leave? What about what you owe me. Pay up!

* Erika opens the front drawer of her desk and reluctantly pulls asmall bundle of cash out, then flips through the bills before tossingit to Ansen

Erika:

Here. (tosses the money) Now. You and the money just disappear.

* Ansen begins counting the cash as Erika turns and beginsspeaking to one of her bodyguards in Russian

Ansen:

Nice! (gets nasty) Hold the fuck up!

* Ansen pulls out his gun and points it at Erika who just stares athim with stone cold eyes

Ansen: (cont)

I want all my money! I did my part!

* In an instant the two gentleman standing on either side of Erikapull out their 45 caliber handguns and point them at Ansen pointblank as three more guards armed with AK-47s rush in through thedoor before dropping down to one knee with their weapons pointedat Ansen.

* Ansen looks at the five men with their guns pointed at him andlooses all the color from his face as he quickly realizes the mistakehe just made.

* Ansen lowers his arm with the gun

Erika:

(sarcastically) Put the gun away.

* Ansen quickly tucks the gun back inside of his dirty brown, oilstained jacket

Ansen:

Yup! We're cool. So what's the deal? I did what Iwas told, I delivered your message!

Erika:

Here's the (wiggles her fingers, pantomimesquotation marks) deal. We pay you half up front, the rest you getwhen job is one hundred percent finished. Consider it a retainer.Until the end. Until you've done what we expect. Once we aresatisfied, then you get the rest of your money Comprehend?

Ansen:

This is bullshit! I saw him! I did what you asked!

* Ansen throws the whiskey glass against the wall shattering it intoa thousand pieces.

Erika:

Then. If you are a man of your word, all will goaccording to plan. Then you get what we owe you.

* Erika nods her head to her bodyguards and they move fromErika's side over to each side of Ansen's chair.

* We watch as they grab Ansen by the arms and lift him up out ofhis chair

* After they let him down and brush his shoulders off the biggestbody guard upper cuts him in the nuts, hitting Ansen so hard thathis feet lift from the ground.

* Ansen drops to his knees and begins coughing

Erika:

I believe this conversation is over.

* As she watches Ansen dragged out Erika dials her cell phone

* Erika begins speaking in Russian and we see English subtitles onthe bottom of the screen

Erika:

I found him. No mistakes this time. Victor Sin.

-Fade to black, end scene

INT: Old Fashioned Stone Wall Jail Cell (03)

* Victor is sitting up on his cot rubbing his head and laughing tohimself with a cigarette in his mouth

Victor: (V.O)

Ah! Nothing like a good old fashioned pistolwhipping! Those were the days. Oh yeah; great. Now I'm beingcontracted by a hired hit...
