Not in A.B.; Hill p.207, Sabin 62572. Phipp's, later Lord Mulgrave, was sent out to find a route to India via the North Pole but was blocked by ice near Spitsbergen. With him was a teen-aged Horatio Nelson. This would be the last British attempt at arctic exploration until the end of the Napoleonic wars, when Ross and Buchan were sent out in 1818.
