Asa Pruett is the golden heir of the family that opened the gates a day early. He should be the last person Cora trusts. He is also the next name on a sixty-year-old roll, and the only one in Mercy willing to burn his own name down to help her end it. To free seventeen children who have waited in the dark since 1961, Cora will have to walk into the flooding school on the worst day, stand where her great-grandmother could not, and choose what she is willing to pay.

Wait for Me is the second book in the Drowning Mercy series and can be read on its own: a gothic slasher romance with an enemies-to-lovers slow burn, a small town with a terrible secret, and a love story told in the cold space between a ringing bell and an answer.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.
Should your order arrive damaged, not as advertised or faulty, we must be advised of this within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can find the best solution for you.
