Original clean mustard color stiff paper covers with black titles. Text block tight, clean & intact. In very nice condition except for lightly scuffed spine edges. Published monthly, January 1889 issue (Scarce VOLUME 1, NO. 1). Consisting of Original Treatises and complete reproductions in English of Books and Monographs selected from the latest literature of foreign countries. Contents: The Pedigree of Disease; Common diseases of the skin; Varieties and treatment of Bronchitis. The only indication of ex-library is a book-plate inside front cover showing it was donated in1943 by Dr Joseph Payne to Dr Joseph Morrow at Bergen Pines County Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ.
