A very nice copy of this scarce work, in German, on gypsies. Leather spine with gold and black bands and gold title. Quarter leather and marble boards, with some scuffing and chipping but good and solid. Small library stamp for Kalmar Stadsbibliotek and on back cover a loose sheet of date stamps and sealed on slipped in cards all from 1930 -1936 (pre war, of course, and therefore a survivor). Opposite title page is a tipped in press cutting from 1898. Opposite dedication page is a penned in number and a pencil note.
