We face many problems, from small and personal to large and international. Most stem from people's unethical behavioral choices. Traditional binary ethical approaches based on what is "right" and "wrong" often leave us in confusing quandary when we face nuanced, complex and ambiguous moral dilemmas. I Want to Be Human offers an alternative approach based on the observation that our species' behavioral choices actually fit into four, not just two, Ways of Being:

• Natural Way of Being
• Reckless Way of Being
• Evil Way of Being
• Human Way of Being

Only one way, the Human Way, produces consistently ethically sound results.

This book shares the relatively simple to understand concepts for you to test, embrace and apply. It begins by explaining evolution of the concepts. It then explores in detail how each Way of Being operates in our lives. A chapter on useful "tools and tips" follows, before a closing chapter of how one can maintain integrity with the concepts in a world rife with unethical behavior. As a cross-cultural approach, it should prove useful to anyone anywhere aspiring to live ethically. It should also apply to every type of relationship, from inter-personal to inter-national. Consider using the book for youth and/or adult group classrooms, book clubs, business teams, and faith gatherings to generate discussion and personal growth.

Each moment of our life presents fresh opportunity to choose how we together create our present and our future, as well as the quality of our lives and the condition of the world around us. As you test, embrace and master the I Want to Be Human concepts, you will transform your relationships and help heal our troubled world. Aspire to be more Human. This book should help.
