In custom binding by Sangorski & Sutcliffe for the HalleBros. of limp, polished burgundy calf, single-rule border stamped inblack, gilt-stamped spine titles, silk endpapers, flyleaves; housed inmarbled-paper slipcase. Sunning to spine, a few small scratches to spineand covers; gift inscription to front flyleaf; moderate edgewear toslipcase. The American edition of this Gill-illustrated devotional, firstprinted in 1917 at S. Dominic's Press, which includes the prayers foreach Station in parallel Latin and English along with devotionalcommentary.
