1934. No Edition Stated. 215 pages. No dust jacket. Purple cloth with yellow lettering to boards and spine. Contains two black and white illustrations. Pages are mildly tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. More prominent towards the start and end of the book, and text block edges. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Binding remains firm, with minor creasing to paper at gutters. Small tears and creases to bottom edge of pages 87-123. Text is unaffected. Top text block edge darkened. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. heavy sunning to spine and boards with some crushing to spine ends. Cloth is noticeably discoloured to rear. Minor loss to edges of boards causing cloth to be frayed. Noticeable splits to joints, spine strip is slightly loose to top. Visible markings with faint water staining overall.
