Water damage on the right side has been stabilized by a conservator, with some pigmentation added to minimize the effect. Scattered spotting from old mold visible in the upper left corner. Additional staining and restoration work visible in the upper center. The map is toned and shows cracking and slight brittleness from age. Between fair and good condition overall.
