[iv], 131, [1] pages, frontis and 3 other plates. Preface written by J Price. ESTC online T65416 which confirms the author as John Price. Corner torn from pages 3/4. Small hole affecting two lines of text on pages 67/8. In the original paper covered boards, but the paper spine has disintegrated and very little remains. The boards are very worn and stained. The front board is detached and the book is separating into sections because of the lack of the spine. The pages are lightly browned and there is some spotting and staining. The plates are more stained, images are below. Frontis - West view of the Cathedral - very stained. Plate facing p36 - plan of the city - stained at the edges. Plate facing p48 - view of the china factory of Flight and Barr from the river - very stained at the lower edge. Plate facing p63 - plan of the cathedral - very stained.
