"The Word Jar" by Jacque Duffy (2024)

Children's book author/illustrator Jacque Duffy continues her special magic, this time creating a wordless picture book about words that harm and words that heal. In typical Duffy style, she invites the viewer into the home and school worlds of the young protagonist to explore the cleverly crafted collages that leave a trail of visual clues to prompt powerful and purposeful discussion. Highly recommended for family sharing and classroom learning.
