Über den Autor: Gene Hays served 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired as a Master Sergeant. He has travelled the world in Southeast Asia, Western Europe and the Middle East. Following his retirement, Hays worked for two of the largest defense contractors in the United States working in support of Marine and Naval Aviation as well as consulting to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After living in Oxford Mississippi for the last 20 years, Hays retired in 2011 devoting his spare time to veterans' activities and writing books. He is a life member of Vietnam Veterans of America, life member of Disabled American Veterans, life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Second Vice Commandant and Judge Advocate of the Marine Corps League and Past Commander of the American Legion.
