Leather covers feature nice marble design, and display overall edgewear, more to lower edges, and a 1.5" x 2.25" chip on middle of back, that shows board. Corners are lightly bumped. Upper corners are dry and darkened. Spine features red textblock with gilt, and six gilt bands. Spine is rubbed with a chip to foot. Binding is overall secure. Front cover is hanging on by a thread. Front fep shows previous owner writing. Interior is moderately age-toned, with scattered foxing throughout. Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks. Textblock edges are toned and foxed, and show remnants of tint.
