Kay McKenzie Cooke

Kay McKenzie Cooke is a writer living in Dunedin, New Zealand. She is the author of three poetry books with a fourth poetry book due to be published in 2020. 'Craggan Dhu, Time Will Tell' is her first novel. A sense of place is a strong theme in her writing, as are family and relationships within the wider family circle. Her home is located between the harbour and the beach, which inspires much of her work, as does her upbringing in the wilder regions of southern New Zealand.
