Michael Fröhls

Michael is a highly accomplished professional with 15 years of expertise in management consulting and in strategic, financial, and operative executive positions, held at some of the largest and most respected global financial services firms.

Michael lived, studied, and worked extensively all across Europe, the US, Canada, and South America. He has traveled to more than 50 countries, including India and China. Michael has gained a profound understanding of local business cultures around the globe. As a true cosmopolitan, Michael speaks four languages fluently (English, German, French, and Spanish).

Michael holds a PhD in Finance, summa cum laude, gained at the University of Trier in Germany, and earned an MBA, with distinction, from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Michael is an avid adventure traveler, opera aficionado, and piano player of classical music. The Gift of Job Loss is his first non-fiction / career book. When not on the road, he enjoys his current residency in Austin, Texas.
