Peter Franklin

Since 1998 Professor Franklin has taught and written about intercultural communication and intercultural management at a university in the south of Germany. There, and also in China and across Europe, he works on various BA, MA and MBA programmes. He is a member of his university's Konstanz Institute of Corporate Governance.

For more than 30 years he has also advised, trained and addressed countless people and organisations with the aim of developing their ability to work, manage and lead across cultures. His specialisations include managing change across cultures and optimising the work of international, virtual teams. He works and publishes in both English and German.

Peter Franklin was brought up on the coast in the UK - within sight of France and Belgium. After graduating from Cambridge University, he worked in Germany intending to stay for two years but spent the rest of his life there. He now lives on the banks of a lake in south-west Germany - within sight of Switzerland.
