Patrick F. Rooney

Patrick F. Rooney grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He lived in Texas and Northern Virginia before he moved to Colorado, where he now resides with his three children.

Patrick developed defense, Internet, finance, data mining, business intelligence and marketing software for three decades before he turned his focus to creative writing, an avocation he put on hold in college. He holds degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Business Administration and Music Composition. He plays music as a hobby with bands in the Denver-Boulder area when he isn't writing.
