Roberto E. Balmer

Roberto Balmer is an applied economist focused on industrial organisation, regulation and competition policy. He has worked as an economic advisor for both European regulatory and antitrust authorities as well as the industry. Dr. Balmer holds Master's degrees in Economics from the University of Lausanne and the London School of Economics, as well as a Ph.D. from the University of Rome I.
