Mike Long

Mike Long was born and raised in Saint John, NB, Canada but lived in Belgium in the 1990s and currently lives in France. During early married life, customer service work paid the bills. Later, a Master's degree in French linguistics provided both an intellectual challenge and afforded the opportunity to teach university level French for several years. The common thread through varying professional experiences was a love for God and involvement in local church ministry. It is the latter that took him to France in 2015 where, when not working, he relaxes by taking long walks 'neath mistle-toe laden trees and tending to a few Dutch Bantam chickens.
