Virginia Phillips

Virginia Phillips was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was raised in a large family in a small city outside of Milwaukee. After college she worked as a Human Resources professional for many years in the US and in Europe until a car accident transformed her life. She is now an award-winning coach who inspires and guides individuals to develop better personal leadership skills, narrow their confidence gap, generate their business plans and create opportunities for success. When she is not doing that you can find her giving back to her community, spending time with her family, hiking, or traveling.
