Meng-Ping Ni

Mengping Ni was born in China. Her Parents emigrated to Germany when she was a baby.

She grew up in Cologne, Germany and studied sociology, cultural science and german literature at the University of Bonn. After some publications of poems in the late nineties and early millennium, Shanghai Blues is her first novel.
