His debut novel, 26 Marks, follows a police officer investigating a teenager's disappearance that forces her to confront the unsolved vanishing of her own sister—and uncover the darkness festering beneath her town's wholesome veneer.

Beckwith's work explores themes of institutional failure, complicity, and the women who seek truth no matter the cost. 26 Marks is the first in a planned series featuring complex protagonists navigating crime, trauma, and moral ambiguity in rural New England. He is currently working on his next novel and lives in New Hampshire.
