(1892-1897). 167pp. + (3, unpaginated index); internally excellent being clean, tight & unmarked bar brown strips to endpapers off-set from jacket wraparounds, covers clean, bright and unworn but bottom spine v.slightly flattened and splayed, 8 text figs. - this is quite innocuous but has to be mentioned; jacket unclipped and clean but spoiled by 4 cm x 7 cm triangular chipe acroos top back outer corner and numerous lesser nicks and chips (some repairable when ordered), worth preserving as front cover is pretty much intact and has classic late 1940s design by P. Rudland. of The Co-operative Art Service, CAS (will add protective sleeve when ordered). Basically a manifesto for the use of social psychological and applied psychological methods in organizing industry and society as a whole in a participatory democratic manner.
