Alexa Darin grew up in the picturesque waterfront town of Kirkland, Washington, where she spent her adolescent years dreaming of a boy who eventually inspired her to write romance. She shares her home with two opinionated Labrador retrievers who think she should spend less time at her desk and more time outside throwing a ball.
