WILLIAM I. GOLDSTEIN is the creator of DR. PHIBES, and the best-selling author of THE CULT-CLASSIC DR. PHIBES SERIES, as well as co-screen writer of the 1971 feature horror film; THE ABOMINABLE DR. PHIBES starring Vincent Price. Both the horror classic and it's sequel DR. PHIBE RISES AGAIN! are on YouTube and have just been newly re-released on blu-ray by Arrow Films and Video. William I. Goldstein lives in California and has just published a brand NEW DR. PHIBES book series titled; DR. PHIBES THE ANDROBOTS© - BOOK I OF : THE DR. PHIBES MANIFEST©. He is currently collaborating with his youngest son Damon J. A. Goldstein on the return of DR. PHIBES to the big screen in the third DR. PHIBES FILM - 'FOREVER PHIBES', and even more brand new DR.
