Paul W. Meier

Paul taught high school for eight years and then built a medical equipment business before receiving a Masters of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt Divinity School and a Masters of Sacred Theology degree from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. He is now an ordained Lutheran pastor and has served nine years in parish ministry.

He is a member of the board of directors for Trinity/HOPE, an organization that feeds children in Haiti (www.trinityhope.org) and also serves as the chairperson in his synod for the ELCA Malaria Campaign as it joins others to eradicate Africa of malaria.

He lives with his wife of forty years on Kentucky Lake where he tries to find time to fish. He plans to release a book of guided meditations using one of the methods of Ignatius of Loyola late in 2012 or early 2013.
