As a hands-on father, business operator, investor, and writer, Min Binning is redefining the idea of the modern man. Min’s wife, a busy Doctor, spends much of her day at work, leaving Min to look after their sons, but Min is much more than your average Mister Mom. When he’s not busy raising his boys to be responsible little men, Min is also involved in charity work, has written numerous books, and stays sharp by taking continuing education courses.
As an author, Min has already published one book and has two more in the works. His first book, About to be a Dad – Father to be Guide to Pregnancy is currently available on Kindle. He is almost finished with his next two books How to be a Manager and How to Sleep for 4 to 5 Hours and Still Stay Fresh. Although his brainy wife is a successful doctor, she’s not the only well-educated family member. Min earned his law degree from Buckingham University, where he graduated second in his class. He continues to stay up to date by taking continuing education courses that focus on personal development, investing, marketing, and wealth management.
Min, with his family, also set up The Alpha Foundation in 2008. This charity foundation was created to help children in Kent, UK, get off drugs and alcohol and encourage them into sports and return to school or work. This year the family has contributed over £330,000.00 to buy and refurbish the local county court in Gravesend, Kent, UK.
Min has also had several successful businesses including two major concessions in Hamleys Toy store London and business concessions in Selfridges London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
Min’s proudest accomplishment isn’t his law degree or charity foundation but rather his two boys. He is a father to two very bright sons who constantly challenge him to be the best father he can be. Currently, he is teaching his boys the importance of saving money and has encouraged them to save in different jars. He is also instilling the idea of perseverance and teaching them the importance of practicing something everyday until they get better.
In the future Min would eventually like to coach. Not only has he has spent many years teaching his own sons, but he’s also worked with kids locally to help them achieve their goals. Because they cannot help themselves at all, one day Min would also like to work with families in developing countries like Africa and India.
