Randy Droll is an American who has lived in Canada since 1980. He has extensive experience writing computer code to simulate the reactor cooling system for reactors both in Canada and the US. In addition he is expert in the nuclear training technology, the Systems Approach to Training, and has evaluated many Canadian nuclear training programs. He has Masters degrees in Physics and Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, as well as a diploma in secondary education from McGill University and a diploma in Adult education from St. Francis Xavier university.
Mr. Droll has two adult children and lives in Ottawa, Ontario. He served as a drafted soldier in the US army between 1971-1973.
