S. E. Marechal

Raised in the beauty of the nature-rich American Southwest, I developed a deep love for horses, which for me portray an exquisite embodiment of freedom. It was in this atmosphere where my eyes were opened to the reality of how a false sense of morality, societally imposed restrictions, and patriarchal domination can injure the freedom, passion, and soul of a woman. San Francisco's culture and diversity provoked my curiosity about the relationship between gender equality and the constraints of society and where I became aware of how society's constraints adversely affect people wishing to live in truth and freedom.
