Trevor Stewart was born in Jamaica in 1947. He spent his childhood in Jamaica and moved to England with his parents at the age of ten. He grew up in London and moved to Germany in 1973.
He worked as quality manager, customer service manager and HRD manager in an international American company in Munich for twenty years. Since 1980 he has worked in almost forty countries on all five continents, delivering workshops on a variety of topics. These include process improvement, team development, change management and leadership.
Since 2000 he is an independent trainer and consultant. He is also a partner in the consultant companies of Werte-Partner and Cooperative Change Group, focusing on change and company culture.
He is married, has a daughter and a grandson. He has a passion for Badminton and was Jamaican singles' champion in 1974. He also represented Jamaica in the World Championships in 1977 and 1983. He is still active playing veteran tournaments for Germany.
Inspired by hundreds of workshops with thousands of people all over the world he wants to share his life-time experiences. He is currently working on his new book "Taming Elephants on the Beach: Unbelievable Team Interactions beyond Borders".
