Aaron Olson

I am 32 years old, and I have been running for the past 18 years. I live in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, with my wife and daughter. I have a bachelor’s degree in biology and work in a forensic toxicology laboratory, testing for illicit drugs in blood and urine.

In my running, I focus on getting the best results from the least amount of training. In the past, I suffered from frequent running injuries and burnout. Since adopting a low-mileage approach, I’ve been able to stay injury free, set or equal my personal bests, and have more fun! My personal records are 16:37 5k, 35:17 10k, 1:17 half-marathon, 2:55 marathon, and a 3:46 50k trail ultramarathon.
